McFarland Ford has been at the same location for 64 years and we have now expanded. Family owned and operated since its inception, our dealership is looking to add to our award winning sales team. No automotive sales experience required!

  • Must be able to create positive and lasting relationships with clients.

  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, peers and managers.
  • Strong computer aptitude and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends & evenings.
