Overview:

We are seeking a talented Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.

Duties:

- Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, & onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation sessions.
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
- Leverage sales skills to effectively pitch job opportunities to potential candidates.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of human resources practices and principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology for recruiting purposes.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
