We are looking for a Customer Service/Receiving Coordinator (Office Position) to join our team and be part of something great. Customer Service/Receiving Coordinator is responsible for the receipt, verification and recording of material that delivers to the facility that meets company standards for safety, security, and sanitation.

JOB REPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with warehouse associates and warehouse management on processing incoming merchandise accurately into our warehouse management system.
- Update customers on any damages or discrepancies on inbounds received into our facility.
- Check inbound receipts provided by our warehouse against packing list and enter in our warehouse management system.
- Respond promptly to customer’s inquiries via email or phone.
- Create item labels as needed.
- Manage and update inbound appointment log and coordinate with trucking companies as needed.
- Communicate with warehouse manager and receiving head on inbounds beyond our promised window.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable
- Ability to read and follow written and/or verbal instructions
- Attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness, and flexibility required
- Excellent math and computer skills are required
- Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines and find solutions
