GOLDA OCH ACADEMY is Hiring a Part-time High School Math Teacher Near Orange, NJ
PositionGolda Och Academy is accepting applications for a Part-Time High School Mathematics teacher to teach a range of math courses at the Upper School campus for the 2020-21 school year.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in teaching high school classes, the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, and a desire to be part of an independent school community. Candidates should have experience integrating technology in the classroom and the ability to differentiate instruction to effectively work with a range of learners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work with students in various group settings using multiple teaching methods
- Strong classroom management skills
- Commitment to meaningful collaboration with colleagues
- Interest in professional growth and commitment to continuous learning
