Develop a meaningful, hands-on, and creative program suitable for preschool children.
Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children.
Observe each child to help them improve their competencies in physical, social-emotional, spiritual and cognitively, thus building self-esteem.
Track children’s progress with documentation and work closely with parents.
Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and behaviors.
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
Integrate Biblical principles, worldview, and the Christian philosophy of education throughout all curriculum and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
24 ECE units or higher for Teacher. Administrative units is a plus
Bi-lingual Teacher- Mandarin is a plus.
