RequirementsEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Monitor field operations, subcontractors and crews on-site, site safety, interpret drawings, review and prepare requests for information and transmittals, create scopes of work, procure supplier and subcontractor quotes, document manpower and equipment, prepare schedules and maintain field notes and checklists, record and document onsite activities, prepare daily logs, coordinate with Atlas executive and management team to execute project goals.
Qualifications
- Proven written and verbal communication abilities, proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite of programs. Must have advanced presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction work site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside
