Site Manager
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, organized, energetic, and dedicated Community Site Manager to manage a large community association located in Upper Montgomery County, Maryland.
Duties:
Responsibilities of the Position Include: Serve as an effective communication liaison between the Board and homeowners; Knowledgeable in all phases (financial, administrative, and facilities) of community association management; Maintain homeowners records; Perform routine inspections of the community property; Oversight of contractors; Professionally handle issues with homeowners; Quick-learner and ability to meet deadlines with accuracy. Requirements for this position are: Excellent organization, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; Strong administrative skills; Ability to multi-task and set priorities; Microsoft Office experience preferred and highly recommended; Minimum (5) Five years’ experience as a Community Manager, a PCAM designation preferred, but Negotiable.
Skills:
- Proficiency in office administration and legal administrative tasks
- Knowledge of property leasing procedures and Fair Housing regulations
- Familiarity with OneSite or similar property management software
