Responsibilities
The Quality/Safety Manager oversees the organization's total quality management strategies and safety programs. Key responsibilities include:
· Establishing quality and safety metrics for product and service excellence.
· Leading the development and implementation of policies and programs that ensure product compliance with external and internal standards.
· Conducting rigorous safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and developing risk mitigation strategies.
· Facilitating training sessions for employees on quality improvement and safety practices.
· Monitoring ongoing performance and quality control systems to ensure products meet consumer expectations and regulatory standards.
· Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
· Preparing detailed reports on quality and safety issues, investigations, and other significant outcomes based on the data collected.
· Facilitate meetings/reviews with senior leadership to review safety and quality management systems
