Busy estate planning law firm looking to hire an administrative assistant. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls and doing client intake to determine if our firm is able to assist.
• Handling and processing invoices as well as billing insurance companies for legal services.
• Scheduling and coordinating document signings and client appointments both in-office and virtually.
• Pulling deeds to real property from online databases and reviewing title to see how it is currently owned.
• Clerical tasks such as sorting, filing, e-recording and scanning documents.
• Drafting and sending letters and emails to clients regarding probate and estate planning documents.
• Drafting and data entry for estate planning and probate documents.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Familiarity with WealthCounsel, Clio Grow and Clio Manage, Lawyaw, and Quickbooks.
• Experience in a professional office environment is preferred but not required.
• Notary license (firm can pay for employee to obtain notary license).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Some college experience or actively enrolled in college.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
