We invite you to become a part of our team in Arkansas, where housing is provided for this distinct role within a completely revamped clinic.

Are you someone who:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist to join our team. The audiologist will be tasked with conducting thorough diagnostic assessments in collaboration with an otolaryngologist, as well as overseeing hearing aid assessment, selection, and fitting, providing patient counseling, and delivering ongoing follow-up care.

Duties:
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess hearing loss and balance disorders
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry
- Interpret test results and provide accurate diagnoses
- Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids or other assistive devices
- Provide counseling to patients and their families on hearing loss management strategies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as otolaryngologists and speech-language pathologists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in audiology research and technology
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
- Valid state license or certification in Audiology
- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
