Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at ATO. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and providing overall HR support. The specialist will also assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) management and HR policies
• Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Relevant HR certification(s) are a plus
