Qualifications

• Must be willing/able to travel
• High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems)
• Prior experience that demonstrates strong ethics, effective time management, ability to multitask, adaptability, autonomy and self-motivation
• Prior experience that required excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good negotiation and problem resolution skills
• Must have a valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Support Well Werks Energy by managing the local team
• Ensure that adequate equipment and personnel are available for all jobs
• Conduct safety meetings to keep personnel informed of occurrences and decisions relating to safety, and to evaluate continually the safety of Operations working conditions and arrange for necessary corrections to be made
• Performs the full range of supervisory duties.
• Travels to various field sites.
• Performs related work as required.

• Lead and shape team moral (employee satisfaction within team) and work with management to address any issues
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to articulate a vision for the direction of the group
