Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated 6p-6a Charge Nurse Wed, Thurs, Friday and every other Saturday. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead staff on the assigned shift
- Provide direct patient care and administer medications as needed
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, updating medical records accordingly
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and hospital medicine
- Experience in urgent care, geriatrics, or similar healthcare settings
- Proficiency in administering injections and performing patient assessments
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle emergency situations, and provide compassionate patient care
