Job Title: Sales Department Help/Sales Representative
Corporate Images Inc., a leading provider of personalized corporate branding solutions, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions based on customer demands and objectives.
Conduct thorough customer needs analysis to determine the most suitable products and services for their requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create targeted sales campaigns.
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales outcomes, market trends, and customer feedback.
Stay up to date with industry developments and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Proven history of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Initiative-taking and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
