Greeting guests in a friendly manner, confirming their reservation and have them sign waivers.

Follow the game specific pre-game briefing and answer any questions.

Supervise the entire game by assisting with clues.

Complete the game experience in a friendly manner with a personalized debrief and taking a team photo.

Resetting the room specifically to the game checklist and double checking that all items are accounted for & sanitized.

Dealing with walk-in bookings & telephone bookings.

Opening/ closing duties and cleaning restrooms in between bookings..

Participate in building and testing new rooms, including new locations.

Ensure the work environment is safe by informing manager of any risks.

Maintenance with all puzzle repair at both Williamsburg VA locations.

Assist with social media.

Paid Time off and Dental are ONLY available for full time employees. Dental is available once you begin working full-time and PTO is given once you've worked one year as a full-time employee.
