Stillwater Case Manager Assistants (CMA's) have an opportunity to positively impact the lives of the young people they work with. CMA's are responsible for the administrative, organization, and overall support of their assigned Case Manager who oversee 8-12 students and their families. This can only be done through strong interpersonal relationship skills and proactive interventions and involvement. CMAs will also work closely with the Clinical and Academic Staff to support individual student's progress in their Academic and Treatment Program.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assistance with implementation of student treatment plan in collaboration with Case Manager and Primary Therapist
• Assist with overseeing your assigned student’s overall program to include therapeutic, education, and life skills goals
• Timely completion of documentation
• Work effectively with families and referral sources

Must be able to develop positive working relationships with students through:

• Teaching and modeling healthy relationship skills
• Setting clear boundaries with students and teaching collaborative problem solving
• Implementing student treatment plan and being innovative in designing therapeutic interventions in collaboration with the Case Manager and Primary Therapist
• Responding calmly and appropriately during crisis and in emotionally charged situations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 20 years of age
• Ability to pass background check
• Experience in related field such as psychology or social work
• Exceptional relationship skills
• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of personality types and people
• Ability to work proactively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Able to work 1 Saturday out of the month

Hours:

Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays

• Mon-Fri: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM-4:30 PM

*When working Saturdays, the employee has the option to take either Friday or Monday off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
