Job Description: A full time CNM or WHNP is needed to provide reproductive health care in ambulatory setting to include teaching and counseling of related issues to women across the lifespan. Provide appropriate family planning methods, and routine prenatal and postpartum care.

Expectations:

• Review patient’s medical and family history. Perform general physical assessment with emphasis on reproductive function or dysfunction.
• Provide routine prenatal and postpartum care.
• Diagnose and treat minor acute reproductive problems and manage family planning.
• Interpret lab data, order additional lab as needed and ensure appropriate follow-up is conducted.
• Provide all appropriate contraceptive methods
• Refer problems for appropriate follow-up care.
• Insure or supervise proper follow-up for abnormal laboratory tests and/or significant medical problem referrals.
• Complete encounter forms appropriately with knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 coding.
• Manages emergency situations in the clinic.

Requirements:

• Certified to insert IUDs and Nexplanons
• Currently licensed as a CNM/WHNP*
• CPR or ACLS certification
• DEA certification

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
