Paradigm Labs is an independent clinical laboratory that performs high complexity, clinical toxicology testing.

Reimbursement Specialists are responsible for analyzing insurance documents, processing reimbursement claims, and releasing accurate billing statements for insurance claims.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable Follow-up/Collections (No Patient Collection Calls)
• Data Entry
• Verification of Insurance Benefits
• Other Duties as Assigned by Manager

Qualifications or Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of medical office billing experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance rules required
• Ability to read/interpret Insurance EOB's
• A strong understanding of HIPPAA guidelines regarding confidentiality related to the release of financial and medical information
