Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bartending role preferred
- Knowledge of food service, customer service, and hospitality industry practices
- Familiarity with brewing, catering, and fine dining concepts
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Strong math skills for handling payments and calculating orders accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
