We're looking for a reliable/dependable team oriented rock star to join our front desk team. Come enjoy working in our 2 doctor, general dentistry, family oriented, private dental practice and help us make a difference in the oral health needs of our neighborhood and community! Compensation includes competitive salary and benefits package.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has at least one year DENTAL front desk experience - At least one year is preferred. To succeed in this position you need to have a firm understanding of scheduling, dental insurance, billing, treatment plan presentation, and HIPAA rules. *** We are not able to consider candidates who do not already have DENTAL front desk experience.
**** Knowledge of SOFTDENT a major plus ****
* Genuinely enjoys people, and is able to remain pleasant and professional in all situations.
* Understands computers and has strong verbal skills.
* Is comfortable talking with patients about treatment fees and finances
* Is able to multi-task, fill the office schedule and handle several front desk duties at the same time.
* Is reliable and dependable and a Team Player.
