Private Client Fiduciary is Hiring a Business Administrator Near Marysville, WA

We are an agency that supports vulnerable adults who, due to age or disability, need support with their care and finances. A Business Administrator will collaborate with the Director, Business Administration, Care Managers, and Financial Managers to support the needs of the client and ensure staff members are kept apprised of legal deadlines and action items.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate staff members; schedule appointments for client intake
  • Professional written and verbal communications to clients, attorneys, families, and staff
  • Management of multiple calendars and appointments with attention to accuracy, meeting details, timeliness, and conflict resolution in alignment with the company’s priorities and commitments
  • Create and manage various internal and external reports
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing specialized reports; summarizing information; identifying trends
  • Establish new cases across all internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Inform staff and monitor for upcoming reporting
  • Aid Director in day-to-day tasks and assist with priority
  • Able to research products and services and make recommendations to
  • Aid Care and Financial Managers in supporting Client’s
  • Management of internal
  • Office organization and site
  • Generate management reports

Skills:

  • Critical thinking and analytical Experience with office productivity suites such as Microsoft 365

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
