Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the sales departments and assist with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage quotes for hardware, projects, and account rewites.
- Coordinate and manage vendor renewals
- Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone or email
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Light marketing activities with existing customers
Requirements:
- Proficient in computerized systems and software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
