EssentialJobDuties :

  • Answerinbound phone calls and advise customers on product options and anyorder relatedquestions.
  • Makeoutbound phone calls to assigned dealer base and prospective newdealers.
  • Managea portfolio of existing and potential customers via telephonecontact.
  • Providesales support to outside sales / Business DevelopmentManagers.
  • Achievequarterly and annual salesgoals.
  • Increaserevenue and profit with assigned dealers through professionalsellingskills.
  • Generatenew leads and prospect for new dealers to create an ongoing quotepipeline to successfully build newbusiness. Maintainand develop existing dealer base through trusted relationshipmanagement.
  • Analyzebusiness issues and business cycles to identify products andservices to meet those needs create persuasive sales proposals andovercome objections issues orconcerns.
  • Supportassigned dealer base to enhance the relationship and build the AdamEquipmentbrand.
  • Learnand maintain a strong working knowledge of the entire AdamEquipment productcatalog.
  • Maintainall contacts leads opportunities quotes lost sales phone callsemails and meeting notes within Zoho CRMsystem.
  • Submitsales reports territory forecasts industry trends and marketreporting.
  • Administrativeduties asassigned.
  • Adhereto and uphold all Adam Equipment policies procedures and code ofconduct.
  • Otherduties as assigned bymanagement.

Requirements

  • Previousinside sales or call center environmentexperience.
  • Huntermentality not afraid to engage with new and existing customerbase.
  • Associateor bachelors degree or equivalent work experiencepreferred.
  • Proficientin Microsoft Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint and Teams virtualmeetings.
  • Strongnegotiation and problemsolvingskills.
  • Excellentoral and written communicationskills.
  • Abilityto effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrateon multiple taskssimultaneously.
  • Strongattention todetail.
  • Abilityto develop and maintain business relationships with internal andexternal contacts at alllevels.
  • Selfmotivatedto winbusiness.
  • Musthave a valid drivers license and safe driving record per Companyand insurancepolicies.
  • Scaleindustry experience is aplus.
  • Bilingualin Spanish a definiteplus.

Previous inside sales or call center environment experience. Huntermentality not afraid to engage with new and existing customer base.

Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencepreferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook,PowerPoint, and Teams virtual meetings.

Strong attentionto detail. Ability to develop and maintain business relationshipswith internal and external contacts at all levels.

Self-motivatedto win business. Must have a valid driver's license and safedriving record per Company and insurance policies.

Scale industryexperience is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish a definiteplus.
