Job Summary:
Primary Role/Goals:

• Source carrier services, ensuring all assigned loads are covered within budget
• Ontime pick-up and delivery
• Report to customer team on load issues and market conditions Primary

Duties/Responsibilities

• Cover all loads for assigned region according to the Able Process
• Advertise loads, by posting on load boards , Consistent proactive call outs to cover loads, gather market feedback and document all options
• Process loads, according to the Able Process, Broker load to selected carrier, collect rate confirmation back, Dispatch Driver, directly and timely, confirming all expectations can be met, Macropoint, check calls, actively monitor through delivery, Problem solve on behalf of the carrier, get assessorials approved with customer rep, Analyze drivers’ locations/ETA, plans, compare with expectations, anticipate problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour
