What are we looking for?

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Audiovisual Sales and Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about audiovisual systems and eager to grow and learn in this dynamic field. The Sales and Support Specialist will be based in our Plymouth Meeting office and will provide sales support for four AlarMax locations from Plymouth Meeting, with a primary focus on audiovisual solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide best-in-class customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, order processing, and will-call pickups.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all audiovisual products, promotions, and vendor training to effectively assist customers and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Initiate outgoing calls to existing and potential customers to promote audiovisual products and services.
• Demonstrate the use and operation of audiovisual products, answer customer questions, and provide recommendations based on customer needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including invoicing, returns, and payment processing for audiovisual equipment.
• Provide information on warranties, manufacturing specifications, product care, and delivery options for audiovisual systems.
• Assist in floor moves, product display maintenance, and store housekeeping to ensure a welcoming and organized environment for customers.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Proven ability to multitask and understand multiple audiovisual products and their benefits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for audiovisual systems and a desire to grow and learn in this field.
• Previous experience or knowledge in the audiovisual industry.
• Knowledge of networking.
