All American Lock Corporation is currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to work from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to support our Construction and Accounting Departments.

Our company is a leader in commercial doors, hardware, storefronts, and preventive maintenance for various facilities, such as big-box retail, healthcare, malls, transportation facilities, hotels, banks, and office buildings. We install and repair all types of doors, docks, and glass.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience with computers and software, including Quickbooks, CRM, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and construction processes such as Liens, Waivers, Insurance Certificates, City Contractor Business Licenses, Progress Billings, Managing Files, Records, and other office procedures.

Tasks include:
- Assisting the construction department with daily office tasks
- Ordering city business licenses
- Filing construction job prelims
- Preparing Submittal packages
- Creating Purchase Orders
- Managing supplier conditional & unconditional releases
- Helping prepare customer statements, confirming bills for received materials, and assisting with invoicing customers
- Posting data or keeping other records concerning costs of goods or the shipment of goods
- Preparing documentation for contracts, transactions, and job compliance
- Assisting in maintaining accounting/construction records
- Other tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
