All Modal Transportation is looking to hire Pier/Port/Rail/Intermodal Truck Drivers with CDL Class A & Valid TWIC Card.

Full-time/Part-time positions available
Day Shift/Night Shift/Weekend positions are available.

Work: 4-6 Days a Week (60 to 70 hrs per week)

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Clean MVR - if you have an accident on the record, please be ready to provide an accident report
• Valid TWIC card
• Min 2 years of verifiable experience as a CDL Class A driver
• Must have experience hauling containers
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test
• Be available to work up to 14 hours daily for Full-Time position

Job Description:

• Operating a truck tractor to transport containers to and from the port of Los Angeles and Long Beach
• Pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
• Tractor fueling
• Be able to communicate with Dispatch throughout the work day – hands-free device for cell communication is required.
• Completion and submission of daily paperwork and required pictures
• Container weighing, empty or/and heavy, if needed

Additional Requirements:

The essential functions of the job require the ability to perform the following tasks unassisted: bending, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, pulling up to get in and out of the truck, walking, squatting, kneeling; use of both hands to operate the truck, hold the wheel and shift the gears; sitting is expected for hours at a time with no opportunity to stop, get out of the vehicle and stretch.
