Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in multiple marketing channels and possess strong sales skills to drive growth and brand awareness for Aki Lashes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels including digital ads, email marketing, SMS campaigns, and social media.

2. Plan, organize, and execute trade show participation, managing all aspects from booth design to lead generation.

1. Identify and target new sales opportunities within the eyelash extension market.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.

5. Present and promote our private label eyelash extension products to potential clients and design and create labels with customers for our private label orders.

1. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.

9. Create engaging content for social media, sales materials, flyers, and posters.

10. Conduct product photography shoots and edit images for use in marketing materials and on the website.

11. Manage and optimize our Shopify e-commerce website to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

12. Assist with customer service inquiries and support the sales team in closing deals.

13. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to increase brand visibility through PR efforts.

14. Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

15. Assist in other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

· 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.

· Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

· Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and Google Analytics.

· Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.

· Photography and photo editing skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of the beauty industry, particularly eyelash extensions, is a plus.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
