About the role
In this newly created role you will own the retention and engagement of our small to medium business accounts. As the expert in this account group, you will develop scalable engagement, onboarding, upsell and renewal strategies to increase product adoption and improve net dollar retention.
You’ll be passionate about customer satisfaction and loyalty, analysing customer health metrics, usage data and feedback to continually improve your proactive strategy and maximise opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on initiatives and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive customer journey.
