Start Your Journey with Midas Hospitality:

Midas Hospitality is seeking an energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Aloft Milwaukee Downtown. This position will provide friendly and courteous breakfast service to our hotel guests. The shift will start at 530 AM (Mon-Fri) and at 630 AM (Sat & Sun).

What You Will Be Doing:

• Greets all guests and provides superior service throughout their stay
• Cooks and prepares meals
• Cleans, maintains, or discards dishes, utensils, and cookware, and cleans other kitchen equipment as directed.
• Empties trash receptacles as needed and disposes of properly.
• Stocks area of needed supplies and assists with storing products delivered to the hotel
• Prepares brand-specific breakfast menu items to specifications and food safety standards
• Utilizes TurboChef and recipe cards from the Aloft brand.

Lobby – All items to be done at the beginning and end of the shift

o Wipe down all tables

o Sweep and Mop

o Clean bathrooms

o Empty all trash bins and under counter bins

o Vacuum entry, elevators, and pit carpet

o Sanitize elevators

o Straighten furniture and pool table

o Empty Garbage on Patio and straighten furniture

Pool/Fitness Center – Check throughout the shift and touch up as needed

o Remove dirty towels

o Clean bathroom

o Wipe down equipment

o Make sure sanitizing wipes are stocked

o Make sure the water cooler is working and has cups stocked

BOH – Once daily

o Sweep and mop back hallways

o Clean bathroom

o Make sure trash and carboard are in proper bins and boxes are flat

o Vacuum offices

Previous hotel or serving experience is a plus!
