Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Assistant Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing behavior analytic services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.

Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral needs
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to address behavioral challenges
- Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in implementing behavior plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BaCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
- Strong understanding of special education practices and principles

Pay: $55,017.54 - $66,257.68 per year
