Army Mechanics offers the convenience of on-site auto repair at your home or office. Our premier auto repair services include a personalized auto shop experience and a one on one approach. Fleet service maintenance and repair and vehicle modification and aftermarket installation. Army Mechanics is run by prior service military men and woman with the family values and our team is treated as such. We don't recommend repairs that are not necessary we are an honest convenient and affordable solution.
Army Mechanics is looking for an office manager to join our team at 1175 Industrial Ave Unit O, Escondido, CA 92029. Our ideal candidate has experience in a front office environment or posses the skills to learn, training is provided. Primarily you will be processing invoices, pay period processing and more.
We are an auto shop so having some knowledge of vehicle is a big plus, prior service military also a big plus. We use programs like Mitchell 1 , Gmail, Thunderbird , Google , Adobe DocuSign ,google sheets and docs.
We use PCs and Android tablets, we are 95 % paperless. We would like to start you on a part-time basis and if we feel you are the right fit we are willing to bring some one on for 15 to 35 hours a week. You will have your own private office and your dog is welcome.
