Arnel Property Managment is Hiring a Property Maintenance Technician Near Costa Mesa, CA

Arnel Management Company, an equal opportunity employer and one of the leading property management companies in Orange County, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician!

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

**All maintenance techs must live on site and will receive complimentary housing

  • Performs all required general apartment and facilities maintenance
  • Troubleshoot, repair and perform general plumbing
  • Responsible for the upkeep of the property's landscape, grounds, amenities etc., as well as ensuring the apartments are ready for move in's
  • Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety and personal protection equipment as required

Job Requirements:

  • Electrical and carpentry skills
  • Knowledge of appliance repair and replacement
  • Customer Service
  • Detail-oriented
  • HVAC knowledge preferred
  • EPA Section 608 certification preferred

This individual must be available to live on-site at one of our 19 Communities within the Orange County area; housing is provided and housing discounts available for selected floor plans.
