Job Description
We are seeking a positive, personable, and professional individual with a passion for people and beauty products to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide their team towards achieving organizational goals. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that supports licensed cosmetologists with their supply needs and assist in managing daily operations across three separate store locations in New Braunfels, San Marcos, and San Antonio. This position will require the ability to work at any of the three locations mentioned. Daily operations include shipping and receiving, managing inventory, order fulfillment, and showroom maintenance.
