Responsibilities

1. Evaluate quality assurance methods of suppliers and in-house process during preparation for production.
2. Arrange inspection equipment and IT system for inspection and quality investigation.
3. Provide technical direction with suppliers and departments for quality assessment and validate the result.
4. Communicate with customer to understand and analyze customer requirements regarding quality assurance activities.
5. Communicate with customer regarding quality information and corrective actions.
6. Manage suppliers and internal quality corrective actions.
7. Plan and implement quality measures to meet quality objectives.
8. Arrange and maintain working environment by complying with ISO14001, IATF16949, safety guidelines, procedures and regulations.
9. Develop and conduct training of QA personnel.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering field.
2. Minimum 5 years management experience in manufacturing and quality control. 
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in a company with over 100 employees
4. Knowledge of automotive manufacturing industry, IATF 16949.
5. Leadership track record and good understanding of how to lead people. 
6. Effective oral and written communications skills 
7. Excellent computer skills working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point

 Desirable Qualifications 

1. Experience in a cross-cultural working environment. 
2. Experience in a leadership position during a manufacturing plant start-up
