PROJECT COORDINATOR
The Project Coordinator has no experience requirement, but an educational background in Project Management, Production or Marketing Operations/Administration is a plus. They are proactive, self-starting individuals with exceptional organization and time management skills. They can manage multiple tasks at any given time and are comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of summarizing complex ideas and situations clearly and succinctly.
They work with integrated producers and project teams to execute production efforts for integrated tactics. They can be assigned to pitches, to brands as supplementary support, or as a dedicated brand coordinator, at the discretion of the Operations Supervisor or IP Director.
They support all aspects of the project life cycle from concept to delivery and work closely with many agency roles, including Account Management, Studio, Production, User Experience, Creative, Editorial, Technology, Broadcast, and Quality Assurance, among others.
Whether it’s advising on the status of active tasks, communicating expectations to teams, routing work for feedback and approvals, or providing key administrative support, the only thing that is certain is that no day is ever the same.
The expectation is for the Project Coordinator to grow into an Associate Integrated Producer role, onto an account they work on, but they have the option to move into other departments if there is mutual interest.
• Support Integrated Producers in their project management of integrated projects
• Help maintain internal status reports and scheduling of related meetings
• Assist tracking project resources in the project management platform (WorkFront).
• Partner with New Business on pitches.
• Daily coordination and workflow management, including scheduling studio time and escalation of challenges to ensure adherence to project timelines & quality expectations
• Route work through agency via digital routing platform to gain feedback and approvals.
• Advise on the status of active tasks, communicate expectations to teams, including meeting notes and recaps
• Screenshotting of digital pieces
• Associated administrative tasks and general brand support
