Job Summary

A Sales Agent is responsible of answering incoming sales calls and executing outgoing sales calls through the CRM. Sales Agents provide support through a live chat as well.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide excellent costumer service and customer retention.
• Answer incoming sales calls
• Outgoing sales calls (renewals, missed calls, applications, etc.)
• Outgoing sales emails and messages
• Input the miss calls into the CRM
• Check the outlook inbox (service@credex.net)
• Following up on prospects
• Reports CRM issues
• Assist with loan underwriting when needed.
• Pre-qualify new applications and renewals
• Schedule appointments for loans and GPS extractions
• Live chat with customers with Zendesk
