Seeking a skilled Paralegal with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Personal Injury. The ideal candidate will have the capability of managing approximately 180 plus files from inception to close.

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research on various topics including case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and maintained accurately.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
- Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and drafting trial briefs.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to different practice areas.
- Provide administrative support such as drafting correspondence, answering phone calls, and maintaining calendars.

Skills:
- Proficiency in Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Needles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent project management abilities to handle various aspects of legal cases.
- Experience with file maintenance and document management systems.
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research using online databases and other resources.
