This position is hybrid out of our Paramus office. Additional NJ office locations in Fair Lawn, Cedar Grove, Morristown, and Lebanon. If you are licensed in multiple states, Baker Street is seeing patients across the country.

Clinician Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective therapeutic services and be knowledgeable of current techniques
• Accurately evaluates and efficiently identifies strengths and needs
• Effectively communicates information in verbal and written forms
• Observes and assess patient's progress and prepare detailed reports in a timely manner
• Completes written work relevant to evaluation, therapy, and patient coordination in a timely manner
• Maintains a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams & contributes to team effort

About you:

• Hold a valid license to practice independently in NJ (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCADC, PhD, or PsyD)
• Experience treating first responders and trauma
• LCADC with substance abuse treatment experience, a plus
• Have current malpractice coverage
• Able to treat a range of ages, abilities, and disorders that present in adulthood
• Have strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to independently implement programming
• Self-motivated with a willingness to exceed patient expectations
