We are looking for applicants with experience in the customer service industry, predominantly in restaurant environments. An ideal candidate would have prior experience managing workers in fast-paced environments while also maintaining a positive attitude.
The ability to handle customers in a friendly manner is a must. We are a very customer-centric establishment that prides itself on maintaining strong relationships with our return customers and building bonds with new ones. We expect the same sort of effort and energy from any new front-of-house managers we bring into the fold.
Along with the ability to manage workers and customers, we also expect cleanliness from our workers. The ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace is paramount.
Hour-wise, we are looking for someone who is able to be flexible with day and night shifts as well as the ability to work some Saturdays (we are closed on Sundays). This could be either full or part-time position, depending upon the strength and desire of the candidate themselves. This position has plenty of room for upwards growth, including the ability to become a salaried member and receive health benefits within the first year of working.
