Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Condominium Property Manager at Birwood Property Management in Madison, WI. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple condominium properties, including project management, budget management, communication management, operations management and conflict resolution as well as ensuring compliance with federal, state and condo association regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle homeowner issues and resolve conflicts
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Previous experience in the industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
