Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Assistant to join our team. The Bakery Assistant will support the baking team in preparing and producing high-quality baked goods for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and production of various baked goods such as bread, pastries, and desserts
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment including mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Package finished products for display or sale
- Follow food safety standards and procedures

-Wash Dishes as needed
- Collaborate with the baking team to ensure efficient workflow

-Fast learner

Skills:

- Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation setting is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior bakery staff
