```Duties```
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop personalized meal plans for patients based on their specific needs and medical conditions
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families on healthy eating habits, disease management, and lifestyle modifications
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or a related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and nutrition principles
- Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing personalized meal plans
- Familiarity with tube feeding, diagnostic evaluation, alimentation techniques, and health coaching
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and counsel patients on nutrition-related matters
