Responsibilities:

• Process remittance information from checks and ACH transfers for invoices provided by customers, reviewing remittance instructions accompanying items to determine proper posting and crediting accounts through Access database and Sage 100 accounting
• Reconcile accounts receivable statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
• Reconcile various customer accounts by identifying errors in posting or omissions by applying appropriate accounting standards
• Works closely with managers in the field to facilitate correct invoicing of customer accounts
• Communicate with customers regarding payments
• Posts customer credits and invoices
• Work with AR specialists to correctly process all company customer payments
• Assist with other projects as needed

• 4 years of Accounts Receivable experience required.
• BA in Accounting/Finance preferred. Associates in business administration accepted
