Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the store manager in daily operations, sales management, and team leadership. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We offer a flexible schedule with Sundays and all major holidays off. Compensation will be based on experience and will include an hourly wage plus daily tips.

Duties:
- Support the store manager in overseeing daily operations and staff management
- Assist in achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or issues
- Help train, motivate, and supervise team members to ensure high performance
- Perform administrative tasks such as inventory management, scheduling, and reporting
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks with attention to detail
- Excellent sales abilities with a focus on achieving targets
