Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide assistance and support
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Update customer information in the system accurately and effectively
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer service targets are met
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to provide accurate information to customers
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure while interacting with customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
