Summary (Essential Functions): Responsible for supervising babies, toddlers and children's play; ensuring their safety at all times.
Details: Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills while meeting the needs of children
• Take instruction, work as team player, get along well with coworkers, members, and children
• Supervise children's play activities
• Resolve disputes between children in a hospitable manner as necessary
• Maintain a safe & clean facility
• Order food and beverages for children; ensure members are billed appropriately for items
• Attend staff meetings
• Prepare accident reports as needed
• Complete other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Youth Activities Coordinator

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will possess an Early Childhood Development Associate (CDA) and two years related experience. Candidates must be current on all immunizations. Must possess a passion for caring for babies, toddlers and children.
Qualified candidates will be reliable, professional, and able to successfully work in a team environment. Candidates will have effective listening and communication skills and a strong desire to provide excellent service. All candidates will work to ensure the fulfillment of the Club's mission to provide a warm and friendly environment for our members and guests, through commitment and dedication with a personal touch.
