Position Overview: Celadon Recovery is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Operations to lead our organization's operational strategy and drive excellence in service delivery. The Director of Operations will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, optimizing processes, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, enhance service quality, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Celadon Recovery's facilities, including staffing, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with department heads and team members to establish clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration among staff members, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in addiction treatment and healthcare administration.
  • ·Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and frontline staff.
  • Lead and support initiatives to enhance staff training and professional development, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, with a focus on addiction treatment or behavioral health services.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of effectively managing teams and driving results in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
