Hello, Cascades at Senior Rehab in Port Arthur, TX is actively looking to hire a terrific LVN to join our team as full-time Nursing Staffing Coordinator. ***YOU MUST POSSESS AN ACTIVE TX LVN LICENSE FOR THIS POSITION***

- Manage the Nursing team scheduling (RN, LVN, CNA)
- Train/mentor new hires
- Assist management with interviewing new CNA candidates as needed
- Provide operations reports to management as required
- Patient treatment required on an as-needed basis, depending on the staff needs/availability
- Complete medical/dental/vision insurance benefits

- Up to 16 days' paid time off per year

- Current Texas LVN license in good standing
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Adaptable, innovative
- 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
