GENRAL DESCRIPTION

The essential function of the position within the organization is to assist customers at the gate for the landfill while open to the public . This is a self-motivated position and will be responsible for customer service and assisting the Landfill operators.

PRIMARY DUTIES: This list represents the essential tasks performed by the position. Employees may be assigned additional duties by management as required.

• Assist Landfill supervisor with customers at the Landfill gate with questions or concerns.

• Greet and weigh vehicles.

• Help maintain landfill office and area.

• Review customer requests for service to determine service needs.

• Identify and remove hazardous substances from discarded materials.

• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Requires High School diploma and/or GED

LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

Requires valid Driver’s License

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: None

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.01 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
